Privacy Policy

Trade Order POS is operated by MCP-G (a Green and Home Limited company) (company number 14827073), registered in England and Wales. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to run the service.

What we collect

• Email address — used to sign you in via magic link and to send service communications.
• Linnworks install token — stored encrypted; used to authenticate API calls to your Linnworks account on your behalf.
• Billing status — your subscription is billed by Linnworks via the Linnworks Application Store; we store only your subscription status and plan. Payment-card details are held exclusively by Linnworks and its payment provider — we never see or store them.
• Order data you enter — sent directly to Linnworks in real time. We do not store order data ourselves.
• Worker logs — Cloudflare Workers may log errors and request metadata. These are retained for up to 7 days.

How we use it

• Providing and improving the Trade Order POS service
• Authenticating your Linnworks API requests
• Verifying your subscription status with Linnworks
• Sending transactional emails (sign-in links, service notices) via Resend

Third parties

We use the following sub-processors:

• Cloudflare (infrastructure — UK/EU data residency where possible)
• Resend (transactional email)
• Linnworks (your data is submitted to your own Linnworks account; Linnworks also collects your subscription payments)

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data retention

Your account data (email, Linnworks token, subscription status) is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@mcp-g.com. We will remove your data within 30 days.
