Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Trade Order POS, operated by MCP-G (a Green and Home Limited company) (company number 14827073). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Trade Order POS is a B2B point-of-sale tool that connects to your Linnworks account to create trade orders. It is an independent product of MCP-G (a Green and Home Limited company) and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of Linnworks Ltd.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in link and session secure.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• Each subscription is for a single Linnworks account. Do not share access credentials.

Subscription & payment

• Subscription billing is handled by Linnworks via the Linnworks Application Store, under Linnworks' payment terms. We do not see or store your payment-card details.
• Billing, plan changes and cancellation are managed inside your Linnworks account (Apps → Application Store → Trade Order POS). Access is granted while your Linnworks subscription is active and ends when it is cancelled.
• Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of the full POS, starting at sign-up — no card details are taken for the trial.
• Prices are in GBP and include VAT.
• No refunds are issued for partial months unless required by law.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not use the service to submit fraudulent orders.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". MCP-G (a Green and Home Limited company) is not liable for orders created incorrectly, Linnworks API outages, or any indirect losses arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing hello@mcp-g.com.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
